Newfane House of Hope is a 12-bed male OASAS residential reintegration program. The program is a one-of-a-kind model, blending recovery coaching and clinical counseling to help support the residents in their recovery. Newfane House of Hope is run through a Harm Reduction lens, supporting the resident where they are at in their path of recovery and helping them to discover tools and skills that will lead them to a healthier life.
Newfane House of Hope will be focusing on life skills; cooking, cleaning, vocational linkage, housing support, etc. All residents will leave the program with an aftercare plan to identify healthy goals and people they can utilize when reintegrating back into society.
In addition, all residents will be linked with a Save the Michaels of the World Inc recovery coach prior to completing program.
