I am a friend of God, who seeks His heart, lives to please Him & allows Him to use the gifts He has placed within me to accomplish His original intent.
My favorite people are my husband Norm, three children, two grandchildren… and Finnegan and Olive, our precious bulldogs. My favorite things are reading, drinking coffee, eating pizza, and walking in the woods. My husband and I celebrate 22 years of continuous sobriety, so in our home, we celebrate life; it is a mandate! My passion is service, and I have been in the behavioral health field for 20 years and have a Master of Social Work Degree and an Associate of Biblical Studies.
Most of my career has been as a Clinical Case Manager. This has afforded me the privilege of working with Federal and State Parole/Probation, the Buffalo Courts Program, the Veteran Association, and countless other organizations, hospitals, and institutions. I have served Health Home+, AOT, HARP, and different levels of care. It has been an honor to be so intimately involved in a person’s life. I have shed many tears with my clients. I have an eye for trauma and believe complete and total healing is possible.
Save The Michaels has revolutionized my thoughts and attitude toward medication-assisted treatment. I am now an advocate for risk reduction at any level. The compassion and dedication to serving persons and families affected by substance use disorder are astounding; I have not experienced this degree of dedication and commitment as I have at Save The Michaels.
I am honored to tell people I work at Save The Michaels.
